Before joining the Excite Partner team, Sue was the Director of Creative Partnerships in the Thames Gateway where she was responsible for change programmes in over 100 schools. Sue has worked in the cultural and education sectors for 16 years. Marlene trained as a Textile Designer, Artist and Teacher. Her teaching experience includes working in a highly successful multi-cultural comprehensive school in the Greater London area and other high performing school environments.
