She has the uncanny ability to communicate complex concepts in simple language and has delivered training in: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Hungary, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, South Africa, Spain and right across the UK. Mathilda established Excite in 2000 with a very successful Train-the-Trainer programme and expanded in 2009 to meet demand. As Excite Partners, Sue Lawther and Marlene Wylie work closely with Mathilda to develop and deliver the Excite programme of training, conferences, seminars, workshops and bespoke professional development.
